根据《中医药法》，收购野生猪宝需取得药材经营许可证，跨省运输需办理检疫证明。特别要注意的是，活体取宝涉嫌违反《动物防疫法》，最高可处10万元罚款。正规收购流程应要求提供:屠宰场卫生许可证复印件、动物检疫合格证明、采集过程视频记录。2023年新规要求建立溯源台账，记录每批次猪宝的采集时间、地点和经手人信息。非法收购保护动物（如野猪）产生的猪宝，还可能触犯野生动物保护法规。
