猪宝的理化鉴定方法与技术标准
专业鉴定采用"一看二测三化验"的流程:肉眼观察要求表面呈金属光泽，断面有同心层纹；密度测试应在1.8-2.2g/cm³范围；实验室检测包括红外光谱比对特征峰（1650cm⁻¹处的酰胺带），高效液相色谱法测定胆红素含量（≥8%为合格）。现代鉴定还引入元素分析，正品猪宝的钙磷比应为1:1.2-1.5。部分高端收购商已配备便携式X射线荧光仪，可在现场快速检测重金属含量（铅＜5ppm，砷＜2ppm）。
